These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.



Orders and Payment

We only accept orders using PayPal. You do not need an account to check out using PayPal and you can still pay by card - please see our FAQs for more information.

All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only.

We ONLY sell online. Orders can not be made by Cheque or over the phone.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been placed. Please be careful to enter your information correctly. 

We do not issue refunds when the price changes on a product. As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. This is a standard policy across many e-commerce brands.

We always use a recorded service. If for any reason your item does not reach you within 2 weeks (please allow longer for international), please get in touch.

Standard Delivery takes roughly 3 - 5 working days. Please also allow a few days for order processing. 

Next Day Delivery is currently unavailable.

We do not currently provide a Saturday Guaranteed delivery service.

Orders are not processed on the weekends as our office is closed.

All our orders are processed in house, and dispatched by us. We are currently a really small team, so we hope you understand if your order takes longer than expected to arrive. 



Returns Policy

If you would like an exchange or refund, we ask that you send your order back to us within 14 days of receiving it. 

Return postage is at the customer's expense with absolutely no exceptions. We cannot take any responsibility for any items lost in the post. We always advise you use a tracked service when sending your items back to us.

Due to the high volume of orders we experience on a daily basis, and the small nature of our team, we are unfortunately unable to inform every customer that we have received and are processing your return. If you wish to check on the status of your return, please feel free to email customer services.

Items must be in the same condition as they were received - the price tag and red tag must be attached and intact to be valid for refunds. 

Items will be refunded at the price at point of purchase.

We are not able to refund more than the amount of the original transaction.

Refunds are carried out as soon as possible, within 14 working days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done. Depending on your bank's procedures there may be a 3-5 day period before the money shows in your account. 

Please note: We will not pay import or customs duty on returned items from outside the EU. You must clearly state on the outside of your parcel that it is a RETURN in order to avoid having your parcel held by customs and returned back to you.
