Did you know we do Gift Cards? They make a great last minute gift because the voucher is emailed to you automatically, and can be printed and popped in a card immediately!

Shipping

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email from tarastarlet.com - please hold onto this for your reference. Be aware: this email is not proof of dispatch - we are just letting you know we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a further confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.

We always send your order using a recorded service so we can keep track of your item.

The cut off time for orders to be dispatched on the same working day is 4pm. Please be advised that it can be as early as 1pm during busy sale times. We recommend purchasing your item well in advance if it's for a special occasion.

Standard Delivery takes roughly 3 - 5 working days, but please also allow a couple of days for processing. We are a really small team, and sometimes have a high volume of orders to work through. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail tracked 48hr service. Please see your tracking number for information on your delivery.

Next Day Delivery is currently unavailable. Please check back for more information.

All orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated.

We do not currently provide a Saturday Guaranteed delivery service.

If for any reason your item does not reach you within 2 weeks (up to 4 weeks for international orders), please get in touch

International? If we do not currently ship to your part of the world please let us know and we will do our best to add your country to our destinations list.

 


Returns Policy

We hope that you are thrilled to bits with your new outfit. However if for any reason you would like to return an item, we would be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

If you would like an exchange or refund, we ask that you send your order back to us within 14 days of receiving it. 

Return postage is at the customer's expense with absolutely no exceptions. We cannot take any responsibility for any items lost in the post. We always advise you use a tracked service when sending your items back to us.

Due to the high volume of orders we experience on a daily basis, and the small nature of our team, we are unfortunately unable to inform every customer that we have received and are processing your return. If you wish to check on the status of your return, please feel free to email customer services.

Please make sure that any items returned are in the same condition as they were received - the price tag and red tag must be attached and intact to be valid for refunds.

Returns paperwork can be downloaded here. If you don't have a printer, please just include the following information on a piece of paper when you send your order back to us: your name, your order reference number, the item or items you are choosing to return, and the reason you are returning them. If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please state this as well, as well as the item you would like instead.

Items will be refunded at the price point of purchase. 

We are not able to refund more than the amount of the original transaction.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. If you have any questions about the progress of your refund, please do feel free to email us.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 


International Returns

Please clearly write "Returned items" on the outside of your package, failure to do so will delay the processing of your return. 

Please note: We will not pay import or customs duty on returned items from outside the EU. You must clearly state on the outside of your parcel that it is a RETURN in order to avoid having your parcel held by customs and returned back to you.
