Orders and Payment
Once you are ready to order, add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. By following the on screen instructions you will be directed to PayPal to make your payment securely (if you would like more info on the PayPal security please click here).
All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only.
We accept cheques ( they should made payable to Joanne Scott London Ltd). However orders cannot be shipped until payment has cleared.
Shipping
Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email from tarastarlet.com and PayPal, please hold onto these for reference purposes.
Postage UK
The cost of UK postage for one item is £5 and then £2 for each additional item within the same order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Allow 3 -5 working days for delivery after processing.
Postage Europe
The cost of EU postage for one item is £6 and then £2 for each additional item within the same order. Allow 5-7 working days after processing.
Postage USA and Worldwide
The cost of worldwide postage for one item is £8 and then £2.50 for each additional item within the same order. Allow 5-7 working days after processing.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are thrilled to bits with your new outfit. However if for any reason you would like to return an item, please send it recorded delivery within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as they were received and will be refunded for the current retail price at the point of return. Postage and packing is not refunded. All items must be sent recorded delivery to Tara Starlet, PO Box 716, High Wycombe, HP11 1XT. Your money will be refunded as soon as goods are received. Please not: Sale items are non-refundable. However we will do our best to accomodate your needs and your item can be exchanged for a different size or colour.
